Abstract: At the end of the talk, participants will have learned about the following items and will have had the opportunity to exchange on what should be done in practical examples.

• What are unfair, bad and inappropriate behaviours ?
• Why should you care ?
• How to proactively manage behaviour issues ?
• How to change group, team and individual behaviour ?
• How to prevent bad behaviours ?
• How to tackle bad behaviours ?

Speaker: Yves Zieba studied Strategy & Organisation at ESCP Europe, Marketing in HEC Montreal, Performance Management at IMD, Strategic Agility at LBS and "Leaders of Learning" at HarvardX. Yves worked for Arthur D. Little, Safran, Total and Thomson Reuters. He has trained and advised clients in various client facing functions including Client Training, Sales Management, Program Management, Content Acquisition and Rights Management. Yves has advised clients in a range of industries – including ICT, luxury and aerospace sectors. He lead strategic programs, for instance the implementation of a new customer centric segmentation, with a new sales efficiency approach. He is the Founder of the M&A Think Tank in Geneva and he lead various acquisition integration programs. Yves also coaches start-ups within the CTI Entrepreneurship program. He lived and traveled in many countries, and experienced different lifestyles, including Berlin, Paris, Montreal, Casablanca, New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and London. He has developed particular strength in cross-cultural programs. Yves is also a regular speaker at conferences.
Awards and recognition: During his time at Thomson Reuters, Yves received the Customer Excellence Award for the worldwide planning and roll out campaign of the instant messaging product for 400000 users. He is also certified as PMI-PMP and Scrum Master and recently studied Management 3.0, Effectuation, Universal Design and Design Thinking.
