Patrick Couvreur, PhD, is Professor of Pharmacy at the Paris-Sud University and holder of the “digital innovation” chair (2009-2010) at the Collège de France. Since 2010, he is a Senior Member of the Institut Universitaire de France (IUF). Patrick Couvreur is one of the few who have succeeded in bringing cutting-edge technology from bench to bedside. His research in nanomedicines is highly recognized and respected around the world and has led to the filing of over 90 patients, and the creation of two start-up companies (Bioalliance and Medsqual).
