Business and Human Rights Project - Advisory Board Meeting of the American Bar Association

The first part of the meeting held at Uni Bastions will discuss:
- The establishment of the Institute on Access to Remedy for Victims of Gross Human Rights Abuse;
- The proposal for International Arbitration of Business and Human Rights;
- The proposal for a Deskbook on Prevention of Human Rights Abuse in Supply Chains;
- The efforts to Negotiate a New Treaty on Business and Human Rights.
The second part of the meeting held at Uni Mail will discuss:
- The Operational Grievance Mechanisms and Access to Remedy: Progress to Date, Hurdles, and the Road Ahead (joint meeting with the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ)).
