The challenge of the neutrino CP violation measurement

Abstract: I will discuss the challenges of the future neutrino long base line CP violation experiments beyond the engineering demands. The different elements of neutrino long base line experiment will be discussed with emphasis on the future experimental requirements. I will discuss experiment key elements as beam, neutrino flux prediction, neutrino cross-section measurements and models, the neutrino energy reconstruction and the different possible measurements to be carried out. Comparison of the different approaches proposed, on-axis vs off-axis, by current and future experiments will be discussed in this context.
