Page Curve for an Evaporating Black Hole in Flat Spacetime

The Page curve arises if black hole evaporation is a unitary process. Recently the Page curve has been computed for AdS black holes using the Quantum Ryu-Takayanagi (QRT) proposal, which is also known as the 'island' formula. I will present the Page curve for an evaporating black hole in asymptotically flat spacetime, which is computed by adapting the QRT proposal to an analytically solvable semi-classical two-dimensional dilaton gravity theory. This talk is based on the results of 2004.00598. If time permits, I will comment on the behavior of holographic complexity in this semi-classical model.
