Rare B decays as Probes of New Physics

17.05.2023 14:00 – 15:00

Abstract: I will review the role that rare decays of B mesons play in the search for new physics. I will discuss recent developments in the Standard Model predictions of B → Kμμ, B → K*μμ and Bs → ϕμμ decays and how experimental results can be used to constrain new physics. I will also discuss the complementarity of rare B decays and single bottom production at a muon collider.
