The relationship between cities and health is increasingly conceived in the social sciences literature as a crucial issue for understanding social processes taking place in urban contexts and being related to various aspects of health, healthcare, and well-being. The “Health in the City” ¨workshop aims to deepen the contribution of the social sciences to understand the relationship between health and the city and the social dynamics that inform it.
