The Targeting Process, The Commander and the Law

This Military Briefing will focus on how military multi-disciplinary teams advise commanders to make targeting decisions that both accomplish the mission and comply with international humanitarian law (IHL).
Panelists will discuss the interrelationship between the targeting process – including weapons selection – and IHL.
