A special Symposium Banquet on a paddlewheel steamer cruising around Lake Léman is organized on Thursday, August 24th. There will be poster sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.
Lieu
The meeting will take place at the SwissTech Convention Center on the EPFL campus in Lausanne/Ecublens from August 21th to August 24st, 2023 and will begin Monday morning and conclude Thursday evening.

The number of participants is limited to 450. Registration closes August 7th, 2023.
Registration fee
The registration fee is 750,- CHF for academic and 1200,- CHF for industry participants.
For the Symposium Banquet on Thursday, August 24th, an additional participation fee of 130,- CHF will apply.
Registration fee includes: Admission to the lecture hall and poster displays, a pdf copy of the abstract book, participation in coffee breaks, lunches, dinners.
Registration fee does NOT include: transportation and hotel cost. You are responsible for taking out appropriate travel and medical insurance.
Substitution / Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel a registration, you may: Transfer your registration to a colleague within your organisation or request a refund minus a 100,- CHF processing fee.
