The input of the veterinarians and biologists speakers will help participants improve their understanding of how metabolism works and which tools we can use to study it, how the gastrointestinal tract evolved and adapted to specific diets, the impact of the quantity and quality of the diet on growth and the importance of choosing the appropriate diet for animal experimentation models.
