Poisson infinity structures of field theories on manifold with corners (Giovanni Canepa, UniGE)

In this talk I will describe a local Poisson structure (up to homotopy) associated with any field theory defined on manifolds with corners. This is achieved through the use of the BFV formalism. The resulting Poisson structure is connected to the algebra of observables. Some examples will be presented, from BF theory to General Relativity. This is a joint work with A. S. Cattaneo.
