This one-day on-site course will guide you through the process of conducting a systematic review: the comprehensive analysis of existing research on a topic.
The course begins with an overview of systematic reviews, highlighting key differences from regular literature reviews. Throughout the day, participants will learn about each step of the systematic review process in a team setting, including protocol registration, research question formulation, comprehensive literature searches, abstract screening, data extraction, data synthesis (including meta-analysis), and publication.
Hands-on sessions will provide participants with practical experience using commonly used systematic review software, helping them identify common challenges. The course concludes with a team pitch where participants present their research questions.
Workshop leaders: Benjamin Ineichen, Pia Härvelid, Wolfgang Zürrer (STRIDE-Lab)
