Studying the Lee-Yang 3d CFT through the Fuzzy Sphere

21.05.2025 11:30 – 12:30

In this talk I will briefly outline the recent Fuzzy Sphere regulator, which has been successfully used to study strongly coupled 3d CFTs, including the Ising model. I will then discuss how, with a simple modification of the Hamiltonian describing the Ising fixed point, one can study another, non unitary universality class: the Lee-Yang. Preliminary analysis shows CFT data broadly in agreement with existing epsilon expansion and truncated bootstrap methods.
