Chines HotPot (火锅huǒguō / “firepot”) is one of the most popular meals in China. It consists of a big pot of simmering broth in the center, surrounded by fresh raw ingredients and Dipps that everyone cooks together.

There’s almost no limit to what you can add to a hotpot !: thinly sliced meats, tofu, leafy greens, root vegetables, noodles and dumplings... 🥩🥬😋
