Scientific excellence alone is rarely enough to build a successful research career: postdocs are increasingly expected to supervise others, to create environments in which everyone can do their best work, and to collaborate across disciplinary boundaries.

The Graduate Campus and the Vice-Rectorate for Research are pleased to invite you to an intensive two-day workshop, held in English, entitled "Leadership for Postdocs in Academia and Beyond".

Drawing on leadership research, organisational psychology and practices from the field, this workshop helps you understand how influence is built, why teams succeed or fail, and how effective leaders shape the conditions in which high-level research and innovation can thrive.
