An introduction to fully homomorphic encryption (Philippe Chartier, Ravel Technologies, Paris)

In this talk,I will give a brief overview of fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) and present one of the most promising method, the so-called TFHE. I will in particular detail the central “bootstrapping” technique.
